Fortune designed and built one of the first LEED Certified Subway Restaurants in the world, showcasing a new and better way to build.
This “greener” approach to construction and design meant a great deal to the customers of this location, with rumors of people “hugging” the building as they were leaving!
The project has earned some high-profile awards including the Energy Patriot Award that was presented by Senator Richard Lugar.
This project was used as an example to create the Subway Eco-Store program. The owners and occupants of this location have praised its sustainability and durability throughout the years.
