These projects have earned Scott numerous awards, including National Main Street Hero, Community Achievement Award, Small Business Champion of the Year, Community Image Award, and Civic Service Award.
Diana M.H. Brenner
DIRECTOR OF ARCHITECTURE
Entrepreneur Diana M.H. Brenner, FAIA, IIDA, LEED AP, maintains a wealth of experience in Architecture, Interior Design, FF&E Procurement and Construction. She is a licensed Architect and active member and Fellow of the American Institute of Architects. At her former firm, Brenner Design, Diana was responsible for strategic planning, creative development and project management for over 32 years. Under her leadership, Brenner Design was recognized as a design leader with over 60 design awards.

Entrepreneur Brandon Pitcher is a successful business developer with 25 years of experience in urban revitalization, real estate development, and sustainability. He has traveled to more than 60 countries researching best practices for numerous industries and has won numerous awards and given more than 1,000 presentations around the world. Brandon’s dedication to sustainability and community development has led him to consult and advise dozens of companies and projects across various industries. He has led projects ranging from innovative agriculture initiatives to building one of the first LEED-certified Subway restaurants in the world.
