This facility was designed by Architect Diana MH Brenner as the central disaster recovery center for this local financial institution. The facility is maintained as a stand alone entity for use in case of a disaster or in emergency situations. This site is equipped and is fully functional for daily operations for all bank employees and is located at a site remote from the main downtown banking facility. Offices and workstations maintain computer and communications access on a 24 hour basis. All systems are fully operable with UPS and generator back-up of electrical and telecom connections. The main server room is maintained for redundancy of computerized investment and operational data. The site also functions daily as the lock box facility for a ten branch system. The entire facility is secured by electronic card access systems with high security and video monitoring and alarm systems. The space is separated from the base building tenant space by security rated walls. The space also includes customer reception and conference areas as well as employee break room and on-site storage.
