Diana Brenner was selected as the architect for the 2019 TownePlace Suites Hotel brand by Marriott Hotels. This is a new 4-story, 94 room hotel with a custom exterior and prescriptive interior.
BDI worked with the owner, General Hotels Corporation to develop the exterior finish scheme consistent with the brand’s overall look.
Brenner selected and specified all exterior finish materials, completed required interior and furniture plans and submitted them to Marriott Corporate Design Staff for approvals.
Brenner was responsible for completed bid documents and assisted in bidding for the project. Brenner was also responsible for construction administration services for the project.
The hotel was completed in the summer of 2020.
