IU Health is one of Brenner’s repeat clients when it comes to healthcare design, and her most recent project with IU Health is this Multi-Specialty clinic at IU Health Saxony. This setting of this 4,900 sf. space occupies part of a multi-tenant building for IU Health. Brenner designed a space for Urology, ENT, and Audiology professionals. Brenner worked with the users to program and space plan the space and integrated the medial equipment and new audiology booth into the plans. AEC p r o v i d e d the MEP Engineering. The entire process was an exercise in lean design which included the IU Facilities, Users, Design Team and the Construction Manager. The process used pull-planning to expedite project delivery. Brenner coordinated mock-ups for the exam and procedure rooms to confirm the best layout for this multispecialty practice. BDI was also engaged throughout
construction.
