Brenner Design Architects staff toured the exist-ing 94 unit vacant property at the former Bethel Townhome Apartments in Indianapolis in order to propose concepts for a major interior rehabili-tation, exterior upgrades and unit retrofits to cre-ate new “visitable” units. We prepared schematic site plans, floor plans, elevations and renderings which were included in a tax credit application to various funding agencies.

Post-Application Design Services

Brenner Design Architects provided design and construction plans for the exterior and interior rehabilitation of this vacant 94 unit townhome project. Most of the units needed considerable interior work. Brenner Design Architects made the townhomes an asset to the neighborhood with a new updated look for the exteriors and made significant site improvements tying the complex to adjacent Blackburn Commons.
